Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present revision petition is covered by a judgment of this Court passed in Civil Revision No.2974 of 2009 decided on 16.11.2009.
This revision petition is allowed in the same terms and conditions. The impugned order is set aside subject to payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- to the contesting respondents, which shall be a condition precedent. The suit is ordered to be restored to its original number.
Let the parties appear before the trial Court on the date fixed and within 15 days from that date the petitioner shall pay the costs to

the contesting respondents and thereafter the suit shall proceed further in
accordance with the order passed by this Court.
