reasons stated in M/s Sethi Printing Press v. Malkiat Singh (Civil Revision No. 2201 of 2009 decided on 11.8.2010) , leave to contest can also be granted in favour of the petitioner/tenant to the present revision petition.
The order passed in M/s Sethi Printing Press's case (supra) be read as part of this order.
Hence, leave to contest is granted in favour of the petitioner/tenant and the Rent Controller, Phagwara, is directed to decide the eviction petition within a period of nine months, from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
