Learned counsel for State-respondent No.1, on instructions from Narinder Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, has submitted that in compliance of order dated 12.5.2010, passed by this Court, the trial Court has been recording the statement of prosecution witnesses on day-to-day basis and only one witness remains to be examined.
The trial Court shall continue to examine the witnesses on day-to-day basis, both of prosecution and defence. Thereafter, the trial shall be concluded within a period of three months from the receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Thus, the prayer for cancellation of bail cannot be entertained
