The petitioner filed a writ petition pointing out that she was selected, but not appointed as a Hindi Teacher.
In reply, it has been pointed out that the appointment of female candidates selected in excess of 33% quota has been stayed by this Court in CWP No.4615 of 2010 on 16.03.2010 and that the name of the petitioner is in excess of 33% quota meant for female candidates. It is further pointed out that none of the junior to the petitioner is appointed as Hindi Teacher.
In view of the said fact, no further orders are called for in the present contempt petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
