Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that arrears on account of pay revision have been paid to the petitioner, but the revised pension is yet to be paid.
Mr. Sahu states that necessary payments of arrears of revised pension shall be made to the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
In view of the said fact, no further orders are called for in the present contempt petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
