He also prays that the present appeal may also be disposed of in the same terms.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in RFA No.3591 of 2006 titled as Smt.Rachni Devi and others Vs. Sub Divisional Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Officer & others along with main RFA No.3008 of 2008 titled as Smt.Poonam Vs.
