The only prayer made by learned counsel for the appellants, in this appeal is that the amount so deposited in the fixed deposit, in favour of the appellants in the Nationalized Bank, may be ordered to be released.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if the said amount is ordered to be released as all the appellants are major.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the said appeal is allowed to the extent that the amount so ordered to be deposited in the fixed deposit in favour of the appellants, in the Nationalized Bank, may be released to the appellants forthwith.
