This is an appeal against the judgment dated 29-11-2004 passed by Election Tribunal, Faridkot, vide which the election of the appellant as Panch was set aside. The said election was held on 29-06-2003. Since then, a period of five years have elapsed. Fresh election to the said post has already been held.
In view of the same, the present appeal has been rendered
infructuous.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
