The petitioner, who is working as Reader (Sharir Rachna) in M.S.M. Institute of Ayurveda, Khanpur Kalan, has filed the instant petition for quashing the show cause notice dated 15.5.2008 (Annexure P5) whereby the petitioner has been asked to file objections against the rationalization process which was completed and being submitted to the Government for final orders.
Concededly, in pursuance of the aforesaid show cause notice, the petitioner has already filed a reply before the respondents and the same is under consideration.
In view of this factual position, I am not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed on the said show cause notice, if so advised.
