Both the petitioners have filed an application (CM No. 9817 of 2009) for withdrawal of the writ petition. In the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, it has been stated that the relief claimed in the petition has already been granted to the petitioners, therefore, they do not want to proceed with this petition. The application is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
