On the asking of the Court, Mr. H.S.Gill, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim raised by the petitioner's society in the context of the job executed by it. If it is found, on ascertainment of facts, that any amount is due to the petitioner society, it shall be paid to it within two months from today.
