The petitioner has challenged the notification dated 26.2.2009 (Annexure P-8) whereby the election of the Panches for village Gram Panchayat Isa Panch Garani, Illahi Bakhsh Bodla and Khurd Hithar,has been notified.
It is the admitted position that the election already stands conducted. The petitioner has efficacious remedy by way of an election petition. He is at liberty to file an election petition in accordance with law. No relief can be granted in this petition.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to to the petitioner file an election petition. All applications shall stand disposed of.
