Harbhajan Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others
Present: Mr. Vinod Khunger, Advocate for the petitioner.
Since the petitioner is aggrieved of rejection of the nomination papers, however, it is admitted that the election has already been held. In this view of the matter learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an election petition in accordance with law.
Prayer allowed.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
