After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty for the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the High Court on the Administrative side for redressal of the grievances made in the petition and for improvement of the facilities and other working conditions for the Judicial Officers and the Staff in the lower courts. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
