This petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed praying for quashing of order dated 22.10.2009 (Annexure P-9) whereby appointment of the petitioner as Teaching Fellow has been cancelled, on the ground that the certificate of experience, on which reliance had been placed by the petitioner, was found to be bogus.
There has been a subsequent development in so much as the respondents have agreed to reconsider the cases of persons similarly situated as the petitioner. All the persons have been given the right to

approach a specially constituted Committee to show that the certificates/documents relied upon by them were genuine. After considering the claim of such persons, orders are required to be passed afresh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that even the petitioner has appeared before the Committee and has projected her case, stating that the experience certificate at issue is genuine.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.
The respondents are required to pass fresh orders after consideration of the claim of the petitioner.
