Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the affidavit filed by Shri V.K. Meena, IAS, District Magistrate, Faridkot, and in particular the averments made in para No.3 thereof stating that the offending Unit has been closed and sealed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kotkapura, the present petition does not survive for consideration. Liberty is, however, sought by learned counsel for the petitioner to seek any further relief before the authorities concerned.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty as prayed
for.
