After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners states that he be allowed to withdraw this writ petition and pursue his claim before the Apex Appellate Body of HUDA, which was created vide order dated November 29, 2006 , passed by this Court in CWP No. 15433 of 2006 (Amar Singh v. HUDA and others).
Liberty granted.
Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner approaches the appellate body concerned within three weeks from today, ground of limitation shall not be raised against him.
