instructions from Amrik Singh, Ahlmed in O/o SDM Ajnala, and ASI Chain Singh, states that the parties have entered into compromise. Copy of the original documents of the compromise have been placed on record.
In view of the said statement made by the State counsel, this petition has become infructuous.
