In this petition, the petitioners have made two fold prayer. Firstly, they have prayed for grant of retrospective promotions to them and secondly for release of arrears of salary.
Concededly, the petitioners have been granted the retrospective promotions. In view of this fact, counsel for the petitioners states that as far as the payment of arrears of salary to the petitioners is concerned, they may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
