Mr. Jindal submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as a decision has been taken by the Governor of Punjab for premature release of the petitioner. Learned counsel, however, submits that copy of the order passed has not been supplied to the petitioner till date.
Learned State counsel submits that a copy of the order passed by the Governor shall be forwarded to the District Magistrate, Moga forthwith.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are called for. The petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
