This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 379 IPC and 39 E.C. Act at Police Station Ladowal, Ludhiana vide FIR No. 68 dated 28.06.2008.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 06.10.2009, the petitioner has appeared before the trial court and furnished the bail bonds to the satisfaction of the said court. Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from Head Constable Gurmohan Singh, who is present in court) does not dispute the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and order dated
06.10.2009 is hereby made absolute.
