This petition is disposed of with a specific observation that anything considered adverse remarks against the judicial officer in order dated 23.1.2009 will not be treated as adverse comments for the purpose of the carrier of the Judicial Officer as the Judicial Officer has been in service for the last 25 years having a good reputation. Anything observed in the order is merely meant for the adjudication of criminal revision and not to be used adversly against the Judicial Officer in any manner or in any proceeding.
