Petitioners have filed this petitioner for direction to respondents No. 1 to 4 not to unnecessarily harass the petitioners on the basis of false complaints of respondents No. 5 to 7.
ASI Balbir Singh from Police Station Saraba Nagar, Ludhiana is present in Court. He has stated that the petitioners are not required in any case registered at the instance of private-respondents. There is also no complaint pending inquiry or investigation against the petitioners.
In view of the statement of ASI , this petition has become infurctuous and is dismissed as such. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that now the petitioners have filed complaints Annexures P/9 and P/10 before the Ferozepur police on the similar allegations. While disposing of this petition, it is observed that the petitioner will be entitled to seek appropriate remedy by impleading the District Police, Ferozepur, in case so advised.
