Petitioners have brought this petition under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.175 dated 16.3.2009 under sections 420, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Kotwali, Bathinda.
Learned State counsel has fairly stated that the petitioners have already joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them.
In this view of the matter, order dated 1.4.2009 whereby interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners by this Court, is made absolute.
Criminal Misc. stands disposed of.
