I have gone through the representation submitted on behalf of petitioner against the private respondents.
This petition is disposed of with a direction to S.S.P., Ferozepur to get the matter enquired into within a period of three months after receipt of copy of this order. And in case it is found that the petitioner and other members of truck union had been cheated by private respondents necessary action be taken in accordance with law.
