The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has applied for parole for the purpose of meeting his children and completing their admission formalities on 15.07.2008, which has been forwarded by the Superintendent of Jail, District Jail, Karnal-respondent No.3 to the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak Range, Rohtak-respondent No.2 and the District Magistrate, District Muzzafar Nagar-respondent No.4, vide despatch No.9955-9956, and that the same has not been decided, as yet.
This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the application dated 15.07.2008, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
