IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH.
Criminal Misc. No.M-33257 of 2009(O&M)
Date of Decision: 11.12.2009.
Randhir Singh
... .Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana
... Respondent
CORAM : Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal
Present:Mr. Rishi Pal Rana, Advocate for the petitioner.
RAJESH BINDAL J.
This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner praying that the petitioner is a Lunatic. Earlier the petitioner approached the Court below for grant of anticipatory bail which was dismissed. In that petition no such plea was raised. Even before this Court earlier when the petitioner approached while filing Criminal Misc. No. M-29461 of 2009 no such plea regarding the petitioner being a lunatic was taken. The earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed on 22.10.2009. It is not a case where the petitioner has become lunatic or suffered from any ailment after the decision of the earlier bail application.
Considering the aforesaid fact, I do not find any reason to reconsider the issue again.
Dismissed.
