On 25.10.2010, the matter was adjourned to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to supply correct address of the respondent within three weeks. However, no correct address was supplied. Thereafter, the matter was once again adjourned to 13.01.2011. On that date, learned counsel for the petitioner sought some more time to do the needful. As per office report, fresh notice could not be issued as correct address has not been supplied till date nor is any one present on behalf of the petitioner in Court today.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
