Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 28.11.2008, petitioners have appeared before the Summoning Court and have been released on bail by Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, vide his order dated 15.12.2008. Certified copy of the order granting bail is also placed on record.
Learned counsel for the complainant has vehemently opposed the order granting bail.
In view of the aforesaid facts, order dated 28.11.2008 is hereby made absolute.
It is directed that the petitioners shall abide by the conditions as envisaged by Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition is disposed of.
