This petition has been moved by Baldev Singh petitioner under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 291 dated 5.12.2008 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC at Police Station Sadar Phagwara, District Kapurthala.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Concededly, the petitioner is not named in the FIR. That being so, no prima facie case is made out for admitting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
