This petition has been moved by Vikki @ Billu son of Jai Narain, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 3(1) (b) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners ( Temporary Release) Act, 1988, seeking emergency parole for four weeks to celebrate the 'Bhat Bharna' ceremony of his sister's son namely Vipin Kumar to be solemnized on 22.02.2009.
As averred in the petition, the petitioner was arrested in a case F.I.R.No.245 dated 03.11.2006 for the offence punishable under Section 15 of the NDPS Act 1985, and was convicted and sentenced by the learned Sessions Judge, Sonepat.
This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take the petitioner-Vikki @ Billu to the house of Rafal Singh, father of Vipin Kumar resident of village Tidhri Ramgarh, Post Office -Nukar, District Saharanpur on 21.02.2009 and he shall be taken back on 22.02.2009 and lodged in the jail.
A copy of this order be given dasti.
