This petition has been moved by Jai Raj son of Khubi Ram, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 3(1) (b) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners ( Temporary Release) Act, 1988, seeking emergency parole for four weeks to attend the marriage ceremonies of his real son on 15.02.2009.
As averred in the petition, the petitioner was arrested in a case F.I.R.No.196 dated 28.04.2005 for the offences under section 376 of the I.P.C. and was convicted and sentenced by the learned Additional Session Judge, Gurgaon.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. As per marriage card ( Annexure P1), the marriage of petitioner's real son is to be solemnized on 15h February 2009.

This petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be released on parole under Section 3 ( 1) (b) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners ( Temporary Release) Act, 1988, for two weeks from the date of his release subject to the satisfaction of learned District Magistrate, Mewat, who shall take an adequate surety before releasing the petitioner under the rules. The surety bonds to be submitted by the petitioner shall be accepted by the District Magistrate, Mewat, on 13.02.2009.
After expiry of the abovesaid parole period, he shall surrender before the Superintendent, District Jail, GurgaonRespondent No.4.
