Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Virender Singh, states that cancellation report in the case has since been prepared and approved by the competent authority i.e. Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad and the same would be presented before the Illaqua Magistrate within ten days. It is stated that the cancellation report could not be presented earlier before the Illaqua Magistrate, being on leave till 19.11.2009. Since the cancellation report is being submitted by the police, the instant petition for quashing of FIR has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
