Reply filed by the State is taken on record. In this reply, it has been mentioned that “As per the medical officer, Ansh has been suffering from soft tissue injury and has been given two weeks rest since 3.10.2009. (The photocopies of Drs. Report is enclosed).”
In view of this reply, the existing parole period is extended for two weeks which will commence from 15.10.2009.
The petition is disposed of.
