Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to present his version before the Investigating Officer.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is directed that the Investigating Officer shall consider the version of the petitioner. In case still aggrieved, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail the remedy available to him under the law.
