A conjunctive perusal of the respective pleadings of the parties would indicate that the grievance of the petitioner that his name had been entered in surveillance register No.10 for invalid reasons, has been rendered infructuous in view of the averment by the respondents in the course of preliminary objection No.1 that the name of the petitioner stands transferred from the aforesaid register to his personal file, vide order dated 3.9.2009 granted by Additional Superintendent of Police, Sirsa and the petitioner herein is no longer noticed in the police record as BC (B).
In the light of that categorical averment made by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
Disposed of accordingly.
