On consensual basis, trial in F.I.R. No.269 dated 1.10.2007 under Sections 302/34 IPC, P.S.Ding, District Sirsa shall stand transferred from the Court of Shri N.,K.Beriwal, Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Sirsa to Court of learned Sessions Judge, Fatehabad.
The learned Sessions Judge would be requested to himself try
this case.
The parties, through their learned counsel, are directed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sirsa on 26.11.2009.
The entire trial Court record shall be transmitted forthwith to
the learned transferee Court.
