Petitioner has brought this petition under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.108 dated 30.5.2008 under sections 364, 307, 34 IPC and sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar.
Learned State counsel has fairly stated that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him.
In this view of the matter, order dated 30.9.2008 whereby interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner by this Court, is made absolute.
Criminal Misc. stands disposed of.
