This petition has been moved by Karaj Singh under Section 438 of Cr.P.C seeking his anticipatory bail in case FIR No.98 dated 18.8.2009 registered under Sections 379/411/468/471 IPC and later on added Section 420 of IPC at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties, besides perusing the record with due care and circumspection.
On instructions from Sub Inspector Pargat Singh, learned State Counsel informs that the petitioner in compliance with order dated 3.9.2009 has joined investigation and he is not required for further interrogation. Accordingly, order dated 3.9.2009 is made absolute.
The petition is disposed of.
