This petition has been moved by Darshan Singh under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking extension of his existing parole period.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In progress notes (Annexure P.1), merely tablets have been
prescribed for wife of the petitioner. Besides this, dressing of wound with N-saline only has been advised. The petitioner's wife can take the tablets of her own and can get her wound dressed from the doctor. That being so, no case is made out for extending the existing parole period of the petitioner. Sequelly, this petition is dismissed.
