Petitioner has sought regular bail in case FIR No.333 dated 21.12.2007 under Sections 302, 323, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Dadri, District Bhiwani.
There are seven accused in the case who allegedly in furtherance of the common object caused injuries to Kailash and murdered of Tek Chand. Shakuntla wife of Inder and Chhotte daughter of Inder who caused injuries to Kailash had already been released on bail. The only injury attributed to the petitioner is similar to that of Shakuntla and Chhottee
The petitioner similarly situated to the aforesaid two accused. He was arrested on 21.12.2007 and the case is still pending for prosecution evidence, therefore, it may take sufficient time for its conclusion.
