Mr. D.R. Mahajan, Advocate has stated at bar that the entire building has been sold by the landlord to some person and he has sold the same to the respondent, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by Mr. Mahajan, Advocate at bar, and the no objection extended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition stands dismissed being infructuous.
