Main Case
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is admitted by the counsel for the State, on instructions received from SI Harbhajan Singh. State counsel further submits that the petitioner is no more required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated 13.8.2009 is hereby made absolute. He shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called for. He shall also abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands disposed of.
