Petitioner-Raju @ Rajpal has applied for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 267 dated 22.10.2008, under Sections 17/18/61/85 of NDPS Act, P. S. City Dabwali, District Sirsa.
As per allegations of the prosecution, 2 kg 600 gms opium was recovered from Sandeep Kumar and during investigation it is revealed that said opium was belonging to the petitioner.
In view of the gravity of offence, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
Therefore, the petition stands dismissed.
