Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, submits that there is no FIR registered regarding theft of the truck about 2-1/2 years back, as is sought to be alleged in the present FIR. It is not disputed that the petitioner has already joined investigation.
Be that as it may, without opining on the merits of the controversy, the interim order passed by this Court on 21.7.2009 is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of.
