The petitioner has approached this Court seeking protection of his life and liberty and for taking action against the respondents, who have not been arrayed as respondents in the petition.
It is mentioned in the petition that earlier the petitioner had filed Criminal Misc. No. M-3291 of 2008. A perusal of the order passed therein shows that while disposing of that petition on 12.8.2008, the petitioner was given liberty to approach the concerned Station House Officer, in case he feels threatened. Once the petitioner has already been granted necessary relief in the earlier petition filed by him regarding protection of his life and liberty, fresh petition for same relief is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
