Learned counsel for the parties submits that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties on the last date of hearing, they have already filed a petition for divorce by way of mutual consent before District Judge, Patiala in which their preliminary statements have been recorded and the matter has not been adjourned to 15.2.2010. As the dispute between the parties has already been settled, the interim bail granted to petitioner on 6.7.2009 is made absolute.
The petition is disposed of.
