Bhushan Kumar-petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 not to harass and humiliate him and his family members at the behest of respondent Nos. 5 to 15.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has moved a representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala and a copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure P-7 but the same had not been decided so far.
Accordingly, it would be just and expedient to direct

Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala to decide the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure P-7) expeditiously and if required, necessary protection be provided to the petitioner.
