Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
Counsel for the petitioner has also prayed that personal appearance of the petitioner be exempted before the trial Court.
In case such an application is moved by the petitioner before the trial Court, the same may be considered in accordance with law. The trial Court may exempt personal appearance of the petitioner on such dates when it is not absolutely necessary. This shall, however, be on furnishing an undertaking by the petitioner to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
