Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that recovery of cases of liquor bottles have already been effected. According to the counsel, the petitioners are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from S.I. Rajesh Kumar, who is present in Court) submits that pursuant to order dated 23.04.2009, the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of this, the instant petition is allowed. The petitioners are granted the concession of anticipatory bail subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
